Gateway Seminary invites applications and nominations for a trustee elected position for Associate Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program.

Duties: The candidate will share in all activities/responsibilities of the DMin Program under the direction of the DMin Director and will be assigned to recruit and manage one or more cohorts each year, provide candidate care to DMin cohort members, and teach ten credit hours each year in the DMin Department. In addition, the Associate Director will function as a Gateway Seminary faculty member, participating in general faculty responsibilities.

Qualifications: A Doctor of Ministry or other appropriate terminal degree from an accredited institution is required. Candidates are expected to have distinguished themselves in the practice of ministry, demonstrated a commitment to collegiality, and a willingness to participate in various forms of instruction, including classroom instruction, online instruction, and supervision of individual study programs. The candidate must have demonstrated a passion to help others reach their potential, a commitment to the Baptist tradition, multi-cultural education, and must affirm the current confessional, mission, and vision statements of the Seminary. Applicants with a proven track record of building programs or growing ministries are preferred. Gateway Seminary faculty are required to be active members of a Southern Baptist Church.

Rank and salary: Determined by credentials and experience.
