Gateway Seminary is a denominationally owned and operated religious, nonprofit, educational institution organized for the purpose of educating Christian leaders for church-related vocations. As a religious nonprofit employer, the Seminary is exempt from the religious nondiscrimination requirements of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
