Summary:

Dr. Will Browning, lead pastor of Magnolia Church, spoke on the wedding of Cana. He challenged listeners to draw near to God and join Him in His work. "To see a move of God in your life, you take Jesus at His Word, and we must recognize that He, in His goodness, will allow for us to be a part of the plan. You see, work is actually good for us. And the process of giving us work is an opportunity for us to be a part of this with our Father. He loves to have us work, but many times what happens in our lives is we don't like the work that is attached to the move of God that we would like to see. So we can complain, which is normal for people, but not what Christ has asked us to do. Truthfully, this work that we are required to do to see the move of God happen in our lives is quite the disruption. But can I tell you what I've learned about disruptions in my life? The greatest gifts of my personal development have been the disruptions in my life. It is disruption that brings about great discipleship. It is disruption, when things don't go the way that I want them to go, that I grow the most in my relationship with God and in my leadership in ministry. These disruptions and these challenges are all good for us, to be reminded that it's not on us."
