Summary:

Dr. David Rathel gave his address on the doctrine of Divine Simplicity. He believes that modern theology has ignored and rejected much of this doctrine but Dr. Rathel argues for the truth of Divine Simplicity and the importance and relevance of it's study today in regard to the nature of God and the Trinity, and Creator/creation distinction. We also celebrated Dr. Rathel's promotion from associate professor to professor at Gateway. We are so grateful for all the ways Dr. Rathel blesses this seminary.
