Teach scripture in a way that inspires?
Do you know yet... how you will make a difference?
That’s what Christian ministry is about, isn’t it? To make a difference. More than that, though, you can BE THE DIFFERENCE wherever God leads you.
Let me tell you a story about our president, Dr. Jeff Iorg. Jeff grew up with an alcoholic father. He was rebellious. He was angry. And he was a skeptic.
He attended the county fair and happened on a booth sponsored by a church. “Church survey” is what the sign said, and Jeff sauntered up in youthful boldness to ask what a church survey was and why the church was even there.
He walked away as a new person in Christ, completely transformed by accepting Jesus as his savior. All because one church decided to be the difference at that fair-all because one person wanted to be the difference to a hurting teen.
As you face the future, how will you be the difference? What if you could step away from the Bible Belt into an area that is a mission field, a place that needs you? What if there were people with experience already there who could lead you as you go, teach you the ropes at the same time they helped you develop a theological foundation?
