I affirm the correctness of all application information and I acknowledge that select Gateway Seminary personnel will use, in confidence, all personal/financial information contained herein solely for the purpose of evaluating potential financial aid. I certify that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Gateway Seminary Financial Aid Program and I approve and accept the policies and procedures as stated. Should a scholarship award be granted to me, I hereby promise: to use such funds distinctly for the purpose of continuing my theological education as a full-time enrolled student at Gateway Seminary; to answer promptly all letters relating thereto, including correspondence with donors, if required; to keep the Student Services Office informed of my address and advised of the character of my work and any changes in financial status, as long as such information is merited; to repay to the Seminary the full amount of any internal award if I fail to meet the stated financial aid eligibility requirements, including full-time enrollment per semester; to maintain personal records regarding awards received and actual payment of tuition and course related expenses in compliance with the Tax Reform Act of 1986.
