Job Board

The Associate Pastor (AP) position is full time, and will attend to a variety of ministries at White Rock Baptist Church (WRBC, the church) working closely alongside the Senior Pastor and the ministry teams. The AP will be expected to use wisdom, strategic thinking, and initiative to make connections and empower the congregation through discipleship and shepherding. While the AP will be involved to some extent in a variety of ministries, the primary focus of the position will be on the Youth Ministry. The AP will plan, organize, and implement ministry for WRBC youth in a way that strengthens the overall life of the church. By connecting youth with the church family, the AP will support the Children's Ministry in a way that promotes faith development and narrative cohesion from the nursery to young adulthood.
