University Parkway Baptist Church seeks full-time Associate Pastor to work in harmony with the Lead Pastor of 500. The successful candidate will fully embrace the purpose, values, and strategy of the church, and help align staff and leadership teams with its mission. This person will share in the pastoral care, vision, and day-to-day ministry leadership of the church, helping to shepherd the congregation toward spiritual growth and service.
