Position: PT Pastoral Assistant (20-29 hours)
Location: Los Angeles, CA: (Ladera Heights, Culver City, Westchester; Neighborhoods)
Reports to: Lead Pastor

We seek a Pastoral Assistant who can provide administrative and ministry support within the ministry. This could potentially be a perfect opportunity for an experienced servant with a broad skill set and desire to utilize their gifts and talents in a variety of ways; It could also be a suitable landing spot for a Bible college or seminary student seeking to gain much-needed ministry experience; It could be a suitable position for a gifted, godly, mature, and ministry-minded individual with a desire to serve meaningfully in a local church setting.
The Pastoral Assistant will support the senior pastor and other ministry leaders in the day-to-day operations of the church. This role is designed to assist with administrative tasks, pastoral care, and ministry coordination to enable the church leadership to focus on the spiritual needs of the congregation. The Pastoral Assistant will provide a broad range of support, including office management, communication, event planning, and elements of pastoral care and leadership.
