We seek an Associate Pastor who can share in the work of shepherding, equipping, teaching, and leading the flock at UCC.The Associate Pastor is responsible for supporting the Senior Pastor in the leadership, spiritual direction, and ministry of the church. The Associate Pastor will assist with preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and leadership development, serving the congregation and community.
