TCAC is Looking for a part-time pastor for English Ministry. The congregation is composed of about 20 people. A preschool class for children aged 3-6, elementary class for children from grade 1 to 6, high schooler, college students, young singles, and young families.

Responsibilities:
-Expository preaching

-Understand spiritual status of members, care and encourage them to become loyal followers of Christ

-Lead Church life gathering courses, covering topics like membership, gospel, discipleship, marriage relationships, parenting, workplace, courtship and singleness, biblical theology, systematic theology, etc.

-Lead members and deacons willingly, be adept at discerning able men to aid him in the work of building up the body of Christ and equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, as well as reaching the lost

-Demonstrate biblical decision making concerning the church and strive to communicate with grace with both the English and the Chinese congregations

-Direct Children ministry

Qualifications：
-Committed to the inerrancy, sufficiency and authority of the bible, possessing characteristics from 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-4

-Live in unity and being a good standing with the community

-Strives to be blameless, sober-minded, hospitable and patient while being a man of prayer

We desire a part time pastor who models faithful leadership in the home and allows that to overflow into his leadership at church.
