Full-time senior pastor of a roughly 250 member Southern Baptist Church. The Senior Pastor shall lead the congregation, organizations, Church staff, and other Church leaders to fulfill the Church's purpose, beliefs, and functions. He shall also lead the Church to achieve its purpose of worshiping and exalting God, evangelizing unbelievers, disciplining believers, and impacting society. General responsibilities include weekly preaching, shepherding staff, and ministry oversight.
