Real Life is a 7-year-old, growing, multigenerational congregation with a passion for local & global disciple making & multiplication. Averaging 1400 in worship, Real Life is both missional & attractional in approach, committed to expository preaching & focused on rapidly assimilating people into the body of Christ & ministry.

Real Life’s staff team is committed to being life long learners and always evaluating all that we do. We have a real time feedback culture. We work hard, play hard and rest well. Real Life is a part of the Summit Collaborative & is a cooperating SBC church.

We envision a joyful, growing, discipleship rich student ministry that is led by a host of adult volunteers and is
intimately & strategically partnered with parents. We envision a leader who is pastoral, personable, organized,
& passionate about student ministry.



● Leads & oversees High School & Middle School Ministry
○ Creates & Executes Annual Ministry Plan that includes all Real Life Student activities
○ Curates & Leads Student Worship Gatherings
○ Recruits, Develops & Disciples Small Group Leaders for HS & MS
○ Identifies, Recruits & Develops Student Leaders
○ Establishes & Leads Adult Leadership Teams for HS & MS
○ Equips Parents through relationships, seminars, & resources

Collaborates with staff team and contributes to church wide ministries
Preaches & Provides Pastoral Care as needed
Leads church-wide strategic initiatives & events as needed
Other areas of leadership & responsibility could be customized according to the minister’s gifts & passions along with Real Life’s needs. (Missions, Discipleship, Community Groups, College etc.)
