Quail Lakes Baptist Church of Stockton, CA is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Associate Pastor.
The successful candidate for this position will be able to implement and oversee the shepherding/care ministries, equipping & mobilizing ministries and the counseling department of the church, along with other duties.
He must be a highly motivated leader and capable manager willing to oversee a staff of three part-time and one full-time team members. The ideal candidate will also be a passionate preacher and love to teach God’s Word when called up to do so.
This is a full-time position with an excellent salary and benefits package. The job description is attached.
