Full-time Minister of Discipleship and Facilities Administration

Pineville Park Baptist Church (PPBC) is seeking a full-time Minister of Discipleship and Facilities
Administration (MDFA). While the MDFA will have a hand in creating, managing, and executing
the aspects of our church that make disciples and encourage Christian maturity for everyone,
special care will be given to children's ministry. This task will be to oversee age-appropriate
curriculum selection to teach children the Bible, coordinate volunteers for nursery and
children's classes, and plan age appropriate activities and events. Facilities administration tasks
are detailed further below.
Reports to: the Pastor and Personnel Team
Pay: $55,000 annually. This is the total package, and it may be split up (housing, insurance,
salary, retirement, etc.) according to the wishes of the hired.
