Pathway Church in Gresham, Oregon, is a multi-campus church started a number of years ago by Dr. Jeff Iorg, President, Gateway Seminary. The church has grown to be one of the leading churches in the Northwest Baptist Convention and is looking for a qualified lead pastor who can help it fulfill the vision for impacting its community.

Vision
By 2030, we envision a church that is impacting 1% of its community in weekly church services. The church is regularly making new disciples for Christ and baptizes 7% of its attendance each year. The church has a strong discipleship process with 75% of its attenders involved in an ongoing small group. The church has an intentional leadership development process and it is consistently calling people into ministry and sending them out. The church is actively supportive and involved in the mission of the Northwest Baptist Convention.
