* A growing disciple of Christ with a clear calling to ministry
* Ministry experience preferred, but not necessary
* Strong biblical teaching, communication, and relational skills

Responsibilities
* Preach, teach, and disciple
* Focus on spiritual growth, discipleship, outreach, and leadership development while engaging members and their families in the life of the church
* Lead weekly Sunday Service, prayer meetings, Bible study, and discipleship group
* Facilitate retreats, mission trips, and outreach events
* Provide pastoral care through counseling, visitation, and support
* Recruit and mentor volunteer leaders to serve in ministry
* Oversee and communicate with parents of youth ministry
* Oversee and manage EM budget
* Maintain good communication with the Senior Pastor on EM activities and plans
* Denomination: New Song is a member of (KECA) Korean Evangelical Church of America
