We are prayerfully seeking a full-time senior pastor, who is ordained by God, to lead us through preachingthe whole counsel of God, according to His Word. We desire our pastor to believe in, affirm, andsupport the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. We seek a pastor who strives to meet the Biblicalqualifications for an elder/overseer as stated in I Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:7-9. Our pastor would
abide by our church constitution and bylaws which are congregationally governed.
While we don’t require a Master’s Degree in Divinity or Theology, some ministry experience is preferred. We are a small church of repentant, professing believers with an average of 60 people attending Sunday Worship. We have a small praise team that blends traditional hymns with
contemporary songs. Our current pastor has been shepherding our congregation for 14 years.
Marshall is a growing rural community of 3,114 people in Northern Fauquier County, with easy access to Interstate 66. We are only 50 miles west of Washington, D.C.
