The Senior Pastor, under the authority of the Church Leadership Team (CLT) is the spiritual leader of the church and serves primarily as Preacher, Shepherd and Teacher. He is responsible for discerning God's leading and supporting the vision of the church through functions such as worship, prayer, equipping classes (Family Bible Hour), visitation, fellowship and life groups, outreach, discipleship, and other ministry programs.
Our Senior Pastor’s responsibilities include preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and leadership while working alongside of our elders, deacons, volunteers and the pastoral staff; it includes leadership in an effort to build a church that attracts and retains new attendees.
