The Youth Leader will help guide and mentor young people through biblical teaching, spiritual encouragement, and meaningful activities that support their spiritual, emotional, and personal growth. Responsibilities may include assisting with youth gatherings, facilitating discussions, building relationships with youth and families, and helping create a welcoming environment where young people can grow in their faith.
