Qualifications
• Meets biblical qualifications for Elder.
• Deep personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ, family & then FSBC’s mission.
• Graduate degree (or equivalent training) in theology/divinity (in-process considered) from approved seminary.
• Proven experience as Senior or Supporting Pastor in a Bible-believing church.
• Strong preaching/teaching and communication skills.
• Relational ability to shepherd individuals and families.
• Experience in church administration and leadership development preferred.
Responsibilities
• Lead through prayer, preaching, and the ministry of the Word.
• Provide spiritual vision and strategic leadership.
• Equip believers for discipleship and ministry.
• Shepherd (with the elders) the church with wisdom and humility.
