FBC of Ty Ty, GA has an immediate opening for Senior Pastor. Our Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader, preacher, and staff leader for four paid staff positions. Our church has morning and evening services on Sunday and Wednesday evening. Our pastor will be expected to fill the pulpit in each of these services unless other arrangements are made with the church counsel, which includes Deacons and committees of the church.
Qualifications:
Converted and called to the ministry by The Holy Spirit.
Licensed and ordained as a minister of the Gospel of Southern Baptist Churches.
Proven spiritual and personal integrity and maturity.
Positive human relation skills.
The ability to share his personal belief in our Lord Christ Jesus and to disciple others to do the same.
Ability to empathize with concerns of the congregation and community.
