First Baptist Church of Marietta, GA is a thriving historic downtown congregation seeking a full-time Minister of Connections. This new role will strengthen adult discipleship, communications, and guest integration as we continue to live out our mission of sharing the love of Christ from the heart of Marietta.

The Minister of Connections will:
• Guide adult spiritual formation by launching and nurturing Bible study groups and equipping leaders.
• Oversee Sunday Morning Small Groups, midweek studies, and ministries for various life stages.
• Lead communication strategy through digital media, social platforms, website, video, and print to tell FBCM's message with creativity and clarity.
• Design and manage guest and new member pathways, including greeting, follow-up, and new member classes.

Qualifications:
• A clear call to ministry and a passion for connecting people to Christ and one another
• Master's degree in Ministry, Biblical Studies, Communications, or related field (seminary preferred)
• Experience in adult discipleship and/or church communications
• Strong skills in leadership, administration, and digital communications
• Team-ordiented, detail focused, and creative in developing systems that foster connection
