The First Baptist Church of Bloomfield, New Mexico, where our goals are to Gather Worshipers, Grow Disciples, Serve Others, and Share Christ, is seeking a new worship pastor. Our worship pastor is responsible for shepherding and training ministry volunteers and oversees the worship portion of services. The responsibilities of the position include the oversight of visual media and musical aspects of all church services, activities, and events. Other responsibilities of the position include overseeing key components which affect the overall feel, aesthetics, and health of the church. Additionally, our worship pastor is a true “pastor” in that he provides general pastoral care as needed to the church body as a whole.
