Senior Pastor- Full-time
Location: Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona, 85935

We are seeking the man that God has prepared to be our next Senior Pastor. We are an enthusiastic congregation, eager to see our community and the world come to Christ. We conduct VBS and youth retreats, numerous Bible studies for all ages, food and clothing outreach, craft fairs, garage sales, mission trips, hosting mission teams and speakers, Easter and Halloween outreach, plus many other means to engage inside and outside our church walls.

Our church is located in a mountain community (population ~4000)at about 7,000 ft elevation in Arizona’s White Mountains, known for pine forests, lakes, and year‑round outdoor recreation. During the summer, our membership grows from 100 regularly to over 200 attendees, as desert residents escape the heat.

We are debt free with expansive campus, including a large paved parking lot, electronic marquee, large worship center, full kitchen, two large meeting rooms, ten classrooms, large youth room, large office facility, AA meeting building, but no parsonage. Senior Pastor Responsibilities include:
 Preaching Biblical truths and strong in prayer and outreach
 Building the church leadership and attracting young families
 Good “shepherding” skills and character (1 Tim 3)
 Capable of effective plans, evaluation, decisions, and delegation

Qualifications include
 Seminary education (Bachelors minimum, preferably Masters degree)
 Preferably 5 years’ experience as a pastor
 Preferably married with children
 Preferably Southern Baptist background
