Faith Community Church of the Peninsula (FCCP), a Cantonese-speaking congregation affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America, is prayerfully seeking a pastor to shepherd our church into its next season of ministry. We are located in Belmont, California, and currently gather for worship at the Belmont Community Center.
FCCP is a small but deeply committed church family with a heart for biblical teaching, discipleship, and outreach to the Cantonese-speaking community. As our current pastor prepares for retirement, we are entering a season of transition — one that offers a unique opportunity for a new pastor with fresh vision and spiritual leadership.
We are looking for a pastor who:
• Is fluent in Cantonese and grounded in Scripture
• Has a shepherd’s heart and a servant’s posture
• Is passionate about reaching and equipping the Cantonese-speaking population in the Bay Area
We welcome inquiries from seminary graduates and experienced pastors who feel called to serve in this context. The role includes preaching, pastoral care, and leadership development, with flexibility depending on the candidate’s experience.
