Crossway Church has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area since 1983 and belongs to the Korean American Presbyterian Church (KAPC) denomination. We are a community of about 300 members located in the East Bay in the city of Hayward, “The Heart of the Bay”.
Crossway is prayerfully seeking a half-time Youth Group/English Ministry Pastor who has a passion for reaching and leading people to thrive in their relationship with Christ and equipping our community to be influencers in the world by living out their faith. The YG/EM Pastor will be primarily responsible for the teaching and preaching on Sundays.
The Youth Group and English Ministry worship together on Sundays averaging about 20 members ranging from 6th grade to adults in their 40s. The Youth and EM Pastor will be under the supervision of the Senior Pastor of Crossway Church and will join the pastoral team to collaboratively serve the entire church.
Qualifications:
- A follower of Christ who embodies Titus 1:7-9 & 1 Timothy 3:1-7
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited seminary.
- Fluency in English.
- Intergenerational and cross-cultural experience preferred.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Compensation: $2600/month.
