CrossPoint’s Residency is a two-year long program designed to develop potential leaders on a specific track of ministry in an environment conducive to their holistic development. Our hope is to adequately prepare each resident for their next step in ministry as we train them and help form their calling, character, and competencies. The residency program will provide a uniform, yet personalized development program for each resident.

We are currently looking to bring on 3-4 residents in any of the following three tracks:
1. Pastoral and Planting - For those who feel called to leading a local expression of the Church in multi-site plants, autonomous church plants, or church replants.

2. Worship and Engagement - For those who feel called to lead the local church by forming the look, voice, and feel through music or engagement ministries.

3. Ministerial and Support - For those who feel called to lead the local church by directing Kids, Student, Group, or other age- and life stage-based ministries.


The CrossPoint Residency is a great opportunity for recent college/seminary graduates or aspiring ministers who are looking for continued training and experience in a healthy and growing church. For more details or a preview of the residency syllabus, please reach out to the email below.
