Church of the Beloved (Seattle) is a gospel-centered, mission-focused church plant that has a heart to reach our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We exist to see the gospel transform people into Spirit-filled disciples, who know they are the beloved of God, because of Christ alone.

We are currently looking for an Executive Pastor to work alongside our Lead Pastor in guiding our church to fulfill our mission and vision. The main role of the Executive Pastor will be to provide organizational and operational leadership for the church.

Responsibilities include:

Support the Lead Pastor in pursuing the mission and vision of our church.
Provide leadership in the overall operations of the church.
Provide supervision and work alongside our leadership teams (Board, Deacons Team, Staff…) in fulfilling our mission and vision.
Participate with the Board in developing the budget in line with our overall vision and specific ministry goals.
Participate with the Staff and Deacons in developing ministry goals, strategies and plans.
Provide leadership in developing healthy systems and structures for our ministries, so we can more effectively fulfill our mission and vision.
Provide leadership in developing a system to recruit and train more leaders and servants from our members.
Provide good communication among the various leadership teams, and within the congregation.

Spiritually and emotionally mature
Passionate for the gospel and for the local church body
Works well in team settings- is humble and servant-hearted.
Has excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
