Chinese Baptist Church, Las Vegas - Youth and Young Adults Pastor
Purpose: To transform and build up young lives for Christ in Las Vegas through the love and
words of God by the power of the Holy Spirit
Ministry Responsibilities:
1. To oversee and develop the entire Youth Ministry which includes everyone in grades 7
through college.
2. To develop strong relationships with the young adults and young families in order to have a
greater impact in their lives as well as their families for Christ.
3. To coordinate and plan all of the Outreach Ministries related to Youth Ministry, Young adults
and families.
4. To establish a Biblically-based and professional Youth Ministry and Young Adults that fits in
with the overall ministry of our church.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in English and Cantonese
2. Must be in theological agreement with the SBC and church constitution.
3. Seminary degree preferred.
Desired Characteristics/Skills
Outgoing; Self-motivated; Passionate about youth ministry and Young Adults; Strong Bible
teacher for students and young professionals and zeal for the lost souls; Organized; Knowledge
of and ability to use current tech/media; Servant heart; Humble and Submissive; Gentle to all
ages and Creative.

命
事工職責:
1. 監督及發展整個青少年事工、 包括所有從第七班至大學的年青人
2. 與青少年和青成年建立穩健的關係、以至能夠對他們的生命在基督裏有更大的 影響
3. 協調及策劃所有關於青少年和青成年的外展事工
4. 配合教會事工、 發展及制定以聖經為基礎的青少年人和青成年事工
資歷:
1. 精通英語及廣東話
2. 必須對美南浸信會及本教會會章在神學上應同
3. 有神學院學位者優先
理想性格/技能:
外向、 有自發性、 對青少年事工和青成年有熱誠、 對學生和青年就業人事是成熟的聖經
老師、 對失喪的靈魂有熱誠、辦事 有條理、對現今的科技和媒體有認知及能運用、 有僕
人的心志、謙虛、 順服、溫柔及有創作力。
