Chinese Baptist Church, Las Vegas - Senior Pastor
Purpose: To transform and build up lives for Christ in Chinese Baptist Church in Las Vegas
through the love and words of God by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Ministry Responsibilities:
1. To oversee and develop the entire Ministry which includes Chinese and English
congregation.
2. To lead the congregation and the church staff in performing their tasks.
3. To work with elected church officers, leaders, and workers.
4. To disciple potential church officers, leaders and workers.
5. To lead the church in the achievement of its mission.
6. To proclaim the Word of God to believers and non-believers.
7. To care for the church members and others persons in the community.
8. To develop loving and spiritual atmosphere among the congregation.
9. To lead the church leaders to implement church discipline for the holiness of the church.
10. To direct the ministerial and employed staff according to the policy of the church.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferable
2. One year or more of pastoral experience in North America is preferable
3. Burden to serve and reach out to Chinese and other ethnic groups in Las Vegas
4. Must be in theological agreement with the SBC and church constitution.
5. Master of Divinity or equivalent is preferable
6. Three years of pastoral experience.
7. Ordained pastor at least one year

目的 : 透過聖靈的能力, 神的愛和神的話語, 在拉斯维加斯建立及改變生命
事工職責:
1. 監督及發展整個教會的事工包括中文部及英文部
2. 帶領會眾及同工執行他們的工作
3. 與選出的教會理事. 領袖及同工一起做事
4. 牧養有潛質的教會理事、領袖及同工
5. 帶領教會實踐祂的使命
6. 對已信及未信的人宣講神的話語
7. 關懷會友及社區的人
8. 在堂會裏建立有愛及屬靈的氣氛
9. 為教會的聖潔帶領教會領袖執行紀律
10. 根據教會的政策指引事奉人員及同工
資歷:
1. 精通英語及廣東話。懂普通話者優先
2. 在北美有一年或以上教牧經驗者優先
3. 對在拉斯维加斯華人及其他種族的人事奉有負擔
4. 必須對美南浸信會及本教會會章在神學上應同
5. 有神學院道學碩士或以上學位者優先
6. 三年或以上教牧經驗
7. 按立為牧師最少一年

誠、 辦事有條理、對現行的科技和媒體有認知及能運用、 有僕人的心志、 謙虛、 順服、
