Role Summary: The Content Creator oversees capturing, editing, and producing digital content across Brookstone Church campuses to visually communicate the heart of the church’s ministries. This role includes photography, videography, editing, and occasional graphic design. The Content Creator creatively collaborates with the Communications Director and ministry leaders to ensure brand consistency, compelling storytelling, and timely delivery of content.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photo and video content of multi-site church events, worship services, and ministry initiatives
• Ideate and oversee the creation of modern videos for in-service emphasis, ministry stories, event promotions, social media reels, etc.
• Create Sunday service video related content such as lower thirds, title slides, countdown timers
• Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator to develop creative reels for content on Instagram and Facebook
• Oversight of the Photographer Serve Team: Recruit, train, retain, and schedule photographers for Brookstone Weaverville Campus
• Provide training assistance and equipment to other locations
• Maintain Brookstone Church YouTube channels
• Organize & maintain all mobile camera and lighting equipment
• Participate in creative collaboration with Communications Director and other staff to plan and execute content needs
• Manage and archive digital assets for future use (Digital tools include Dropbox, Capture Collab, and more.)
• Passionately seek inspirational stories within our church to share with the congregation

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) or similar tools
• Skillset in Sony cameras preferred, other brands acceptable
• Strong ambition and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Strong attention to detail and eye for visual storytelling
• Experience in a church setting or ministry context preferred

Schedule & Commitment:

• Estimated 40 hours per week
• Flexibility required for Sundays, special events, and occasional evenings
