WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC LEADER TO
• Lead the church in worship through dynamic preaching.
• Collaborate with staff and lay leaders to equip church members to proclaim the Gospel, care for one another, and
minister to others in the community.
• Partner with the Church Council and congregation to implement and guard the integrity of the mission, vision, and
values of Bon Air Baptist Church.
•QUALIFICATIONS:
• Disciple of Jesus who desires to serve Him by being called to this position
• Licensed and ordained as a minister • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited
college or university • Masters of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary
• 5 years minimum experience as a pastor, with 10 or more years preferred
• Understands and embraces our Baptist heritage and alignment according to the Bon Air Baptist Church Statement of Faith
