Awaken is an 10 year old church with a big vision of risking everything to reach everyone. We have a big heart for broken people and believe that Only God has lead us to where we are. We are looking for a Worship pastor who is passionate about creating a worship experience that will help the congregation encounter God, write and create music for Awaken, is willing to build multple worship teams, loves to connect with people and has some knowledge of how tech and sound work. You must be a self starter and be self motivated.

You are
Passionate about Jesus and his Church.
Talented and have strong musical experience with guitar, keys or other instrument.
A flexible team player with high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
You will be
Serving as the primary leader of musical worship and the developer of teams to accomplish the vision of Awaken to risk everything to reach everyone for Jesus.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and spiritually leading Awaken Church during the Weekend Worship experience.
Recruiting, training, discipling, and building a worship team.
Creatively casting vision and unburying God given gifts and talents in his people.
The perfect fit is
Experienced in building and leading teams spiritually and musically.
Loves Jesus and is passionate about leading the church in worship.
Familiar with sound set-up and Planning Center.
Willing and able to submit to the Holy Spirit and be flexible to what God is doing.
Fun to work with and enjoys adventure.
