Scope of Position: To support Anchored Hope with administration of Partner Program management, website management, assist the Executive Director as needed and provide customer service to clients and support to counselors.
Location: Virtual
Compensation: This is a contractor position starting at $20-$22 per hour for up to 20 hours per week
Reports to: Executive Director
Responsibilities
Respond to all website inquiries and client email correspondence
Respond to counselor inquiries about technical issues and client questions
Manage travel arrangements and schedule for the Executive Director
Manage the website through posting new blogs and general maintenance of the website
Participate in mandatory staff meetings once a month or as needed
Create agendas, zoom links, and calendar invites for meetings
Manage conference registration and lodging for Anchored Hope staff that plan to attend
Order and manage marketing materials for events and conferences
Communicate with Virtuous team and manage Virtuous Account
Send thank you notes to those that donate through Virtuous giving page
Plan and coordinate staff retreats along with Director of Counselor Development
Build and streamline systems for a growing ministry
Add structure to our partnership systems
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrates skills in communication, time-management, and organization.
Self-starter who is proactive and intuitive with AH needs.
Understands biblical counseling, the counseling scope of Anchored Hope and the culture of Anchored Hope.
Communicates effectively with different groups of people, shows patience in customer service needs and is a positive problem solver.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Google Drive, WordPress, Stripe, and capable of learning new programs.
A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
