Summary: | This position is responsible for the general maintenance, cleaning, and set up, of the Seminary buildings/housing as directed by the Director of Facilities. |

Qualifications | To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Trade Experience: Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Experience using hand and electrical tools. Ability to read technical manuals and architectural drawings. Successful completion of an apprenticeship program in a related field. Education and/or Experience: At least 18 years old; Must be able to read, speak and understand English to effectively communicate and to safely perform work. Language Skills: Ability to read and understand safety information and procedures. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide basic numbers and fractions. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to twist, bend, move furniture, equipment, climb stairs, and, lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus. Other Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our auto insurance carrier.
