Port Wilburn is executive director of missions at the San Francisco Peninsula Baptist Association. In 2006, he replanted a church in the city of San Pablo. Today that church, Rock Harbor Christian Fellowship, is a multiethnic congregation of nearly 100 people. He is committed to planting churches throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and has worked with NAMB, CSBC and SFPBA in pursuit of that mission.
