The University of Southern California Los Angeles (UCLA) is a state university and is in the heart of the Westside of Los Angeles. The beautiful sprawling campus is nestled in the middle of Westwood and is a short drive from Los Angeles’ famous beaches. The University has approximately 30,000 undergraduates who come from all over the world to receive a top-tier education and university experience. The culture of UCLA is distinctly academic with most students highly driven to take advantage of the many resources afforded to them. While there are ample opportunities for Christian discipleship at UCLA, the community is lacking in Christian outreach organizations. Greek Life and athletics play a role in the culture of the campus, though most students are involved in a variety of clubs, activities and organizations.
