Due to the recent passing of our pastor for the last 14 years, our church needs a new shepherd.

We are a biblically focused church who welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds. Our typical Sunday attendance is 30 to 40 people, most over the age of 60. We affiliate with the local Puget Sound Baptist Association, the regional Northwest Baptist Convention, and the national Southern Baptist Convention. Our core beliefs align with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.

We are seeking a bi-vocational pastor that will lead us to grow spiritually and numerically, become more evangelistic and bring new energy to the congregation. He must have a strong knowledge of the Bible and love for the Lord. Lead pastoral experience is preferred. We are looking for someone with effective communication skills and whose sermons are rooted in the Scriptures. We also want a person who lovingly cares for his flock as he leads in worship services and other church meetings, teaches the Word and ministers to the physical and spiritual needs of those who attend our church.

Lake Hills Baptist Church is in Bellevue, WA, a diverse urban community 10 miles east of Seattle.
